"How do I make an anonymous tip via telephone?"

You do not have to give your name when you call. Call (970) 945-0101 and state that you have information on a crime or suspect. You will be given an identification number. When you learn that person has been arrested, call Crime Stoppers, use your identification number and if your tip led to the arrest and indictment you may be rewarded up to $1000.00. Any reward will be made confidentially. Cash rewards may be paid for information that leads to the arrest AND the filing of criminal charges against any individual involved in a criminal act. Reward money is made available through donations, not from tax dollars. Callers dial (970) 945-0101. All callers can remain anonymous. It is the direct link between citizens and law enforcement. Many tipsters refuse the reward offered. The direct line to law enforcement entities, combined with the assurance of anonymity provides a safe and comfortable way to share information.
